The terms that apply when using streim.nl and placing an order with STREIM.
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases from STREIM through streim.nl. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We aim to display products, colours, materials, sizing and availability accurately. Small visual differences may occur due to screen settings or natural material variations.
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you place the order.
An order is accepted when STREIM confirms it by email. We may cancel or refuse an order in case of stock errors, payment issues, suspected fraud or incorrect product information.
Payment must be completed through the payment methods offered at checkout. Your order will only be processed after payment is authorised.
Orders ship from Amsterdam. Delivery windows are estimates. Risk passes to the customer once the product has been delivered to the delivery address or collected by the customer.
EU customers have a legal 14-day withdrawal right from the day after receiving the order. STREIM also offers a 30-day return window for unworn, unused products in original packaging unless clearly marked final sale.
Return requests must be sent to info@streim.nl with order number, product, size and reason. Return shipping is not automatically free. If STREIM provides a return label, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund. Faulty, damaged-on-arrival or incorrect items are reviewed separately and eligible return costs are covered by STREIM.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection. Damaged, worn, incomplete or late returns may be refused or partially refunded where legally allowed.
Legal warranty rights apply. Damage caused by normal wear, misuse, incorrect care, external damage or unauthorised repair is not covered.
Email info@streim.nl with your order number and a clear description. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days.
STREIM is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or damage caused by incorrect use of products, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence remain unaffected.
To withdraw from a purchase, email info@streim.nl with: your name, address, order number, product, date received and a clear statement that you withdraw from the purchase. You may use your own wording as long as the request is clear.
