Shipping

Orders ship from Amsterdam. Free EU shipping applies to orders over €100. You will receive tracking by email once your order has shipped.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window. Sale and archive items can be returned within the same window unless the product page or checkout clearly states final sale.

Size help

Kinetic Runner and Primo Basket both fit true to size. If you are between sizes, take the larger size.
