Orders ship from Amsterdam. Clear rates, tracking and delivery windows.
Netherlands: free shipping on orders over €100. EU: free shipping on orders over €100. Orders below €100 follow the rates shown at checkout. Tracking is sent by email once your order has shipped.
Orders are processed on business days. During launches or archive releases processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel has been handed to the carrier.
Email info@streim.nl as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed once the parcel has shipped.
If a parcel is returned to STREIM because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you before reshipping.
