30-day returns. Amsterdam-based support. Clear conditions.

01 // RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

02 // CONDITION

Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original packaging. You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

03 // HOW TO START

Email info@streim.nl with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

04 // SALE / ARCHIVE ITEMS

Sale and archive items can be returned within the same 30-day window unless clearly marked final sale on the product page or at checkout.

05 // DAMAGES / ISSUES

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.

06 // EXCHANGES

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have and place a separate order for the new size or product.

07 // REFUNDS

After inspection, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
