30-day returns for unworn STREIM products in original packaging.
You can request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused and returned in original packaging. Sale and archive items can be returned unless clearly marked final sale.
Email info@streim.nl with your order number, product, size and reason for return.
We confirm the return instructions by email.
Return the product unworn, unused and in original packaging. Shoes must be returned with the original shoebox protected by an outer box.
After inspection, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Items must be unworn and unused. Original packaging must be included. Shoeboxes may not be used as the shipping box. Damaged, worn or incomplete returns may be refused or partially refunded.
Return shipping is not automatically free. If STREIM provides a return label, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund. If the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, STREIM will cover the return cost after review.
EU customers may also withdraw from a purchase within 14 days after delivery. To use the model withdrawal form, email info@streim.nl with your name, address, order number, product, date received and a clear statement that you withdraw from the purchase.
Can I exchange for another size?
If available, we can help arrange a size exchange. Otherwise place a new order and return the original item.
Can I return sale items?
Yes, unless clearly marked final sale.
Who pays return shipping?
Return shipping is not automatically free. If STREIM provides a return label, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
What if my item is faulty?
Email photos and your order number within 48 hours after delivery. If the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, STREIM will cover the return cost after review.
