Dispatch within 1 to 3 working days

STREIM strives to send the products within 1 to 3 working days after confirming the order, but guarantees that the order will be shipped within 7 days at the latest unless a longer period was agreed upon.

The dispatch of products will occur through PostNL or UPS*. As soon as the products are sent, you will be informed by e-mail. This e-mail includes a ‘track and trace code’. Our customers within the Netherlands are obliged to sign when receiving the order as a result of the high value of the cargo.

If you are not home when the order gets delivered, PostNL or UPS will try to deliver the order the following day. PostNL or UPS will try to deliver the order twice. If PostNL or UPS is not able to deliver the order for the second time, you will receive a note from PostNL or UPS. With this note, you can pick up the order at the nearest post office. 

The risk of damage and/or loss of products lies with SHOEBALOO until the moment of delivery, unless expressly agreed upon otherwise.

*Orders paid by Apple Pay will be dispatched through UPS.

Shipping costs


The shipping costs within the Netherlands are €6,95 through PostNL. The cost of shipping through UPS depends on your postal code. For delivery outside the Netherlands, the shipping costs depend on the selected country. The amount of these costs will be displayed when placing your order. If your country is not on our shipping list, please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@streim.nl


VAT
All prices shown on 
streim.nl include 21% Dutch VAT.

Please note: All orders shipped outside of Europe are subject to import fees. The recipient is liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Returns & exchanges

If you are still deciding whether to keep your new shoes, please try them on standing on a carpeted surface to protect the soles and keep the tags attached. In case you are not entirely satisfied, please return your order including all accessories, in the original outer packaging.

Returning or exchanging your order is easy. You will have to notify STREIM within 14 days after receiving your order that you wish to return or exchange your purchased item(s). Your order includes a pre-paid return address sticker you can use if you live in the Netherlands. Orders delivered outside the Netherlands but within Europe will receive a pre-paid return address sticker after sending an email to customercare@streim.nl. Orders delivered outside of Europe will not receive a prepaid return address sticker. After notifying us, you have 14 days to send the STREIM order back to us. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

Exchanging
STREIM offers one free online exchange per item per customer, except for orders placed outside the European Union. Free exchange is limited to one exchange of the same item in another size or color. Please send an email to customercare@streim.nl stating your order number, to check if your replacement size or color is in stock. The exchange takes place as soon as STREIM has received the wrong size or color.

If you would like to exchange an item online for another item, the return policy below will apply. 

Returning 
If you wish to cancel and return your order altogether, please send an email to 
customercare@streim.nl stating your order number or fill in the return form, within 14 days after you received the order. We endeavor to ship all items that you have ordered in one shipment. If this would not be the case, this 14 day period starts after the day that you have received the last item. It is not necessary to inform us about the reason you want to cancel or return your order. After notifying us, you have 14 days to send us the purchased STREIM order back. 

STREIM will give you a refund of all amounts paid to STREIM within 14 days after receipt of such notification, provided the item(s) have been received by us. The refund will include the costs for standard shipping if the entire order is returned. Your refund will be issued through the same means of payment used during the purchase.

STREIM may (only) charge the direct costs for returning an order in relation to the pre-paid return possibility. Within the Netherlands these direct costs are € 6,95 and within other EU countries these are the costs that local mail services may charge. Such direct costs will be deducted from your refund. Please remember that the financial responsibility for the returned item(s) is yours until we have received the item(s), so we recommend that you only use our pre-printed return labels and that the return-receipt is kept safe until the return is processed by STREIM. 

International returns must be provided with the following ‘Additional Comments’ on the Carrier Shipping Invoice: INTERNATIONAL RETURN including the shipped out ‘Export Track & Trace number’ to avoid double payment of custom duties 

Returned items should have their tags still attached. Please note that if the returned item has decreased in value, for reasons other than to carefully determine whether the item fits, for instance when the item has been worn, then you are liable for such decrease in value.

 

Payment & Security

To ensure a safe shopping experience, SHOEBALOO has created a safe, simple, and secure environment. SHOEBALOO uses Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTP Secure), which is a combination of the Hypertext Transfer Protocol with SSL/TLS protocol to provide encrypted communication and secure identification of a network web server. HTTP Secure is used for payment transactions on the World Wide Web and sensitive transactions within our information system. The Secure Socket Layer (SSL) is a commonly-used protocol for managing the security of a message transmission on the Internet. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the Internet. STREIM accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, iDeal, Klarna, Bancontact, and Tikkie as payment methods. All transactions made on our website are secure. 

In case of a refund, such refund will be issued through the same means of payment used during the purchase.


Credit card 

STREIM gives you the easy, fast, and safe way of paying with your credit card. You can pay your order with the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Payment is debited from your card at time of order. 


Apple Pay

A payment with Apple Pay is the fastest way to pay in the STREIM online store. Just select the Apple Pay button at check out and verify your payment details. You can change your credit card, shipping address, and contact details before confirming your order.


iDeal 

iDeal is a payment method via online banking. You can pay your order in your familiar environment. When paying with iDeal, you fulfill the same steps as during a transaction through online banking. The process is easy, and the data security requirements are similar to your own bank. iDeal is an ideal payment method when using online banking via Rabobank, ABN AMRO, Fortis, ING, and other large Dutch banks.

Klarna

Klarna delivers the total delayed payment process for STREIM. This means you will receive a digital invoice by mail from Klarna to pay for the items you purchased.                  

In order to offer you Klarna's payment methods, we pass on your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna at checkout, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your transferred personal data is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
