Guarantee
STREIM offers a guarantee for manufacturing faults. The terms and duration of this guarantee vary by product and brand. Please be informed that the guarantee does not apply on defects caused by inappropriate use.
We kindly point out that accessories and delicate materials such as velvet, satin, patent leather, and metallic leather should be treated with extra care. For more information, please contact us at customercare@streim.nl

Legal Warranty
When purchasing items at Streim.nl the legal warranty applies. Legal Warranty means that the article must do what the consumer reasonably can expect from it. There is no legal term attached to this warranty because the reasonable expectations you may have of the product, depend on the item and the materials used on the item.

Complaints procedure
STREIM checks all orders thoroughly before they are shipped. However, if you have any complaint about your order, please let us know within a reasonable time by sending an e-mail to customercare@streim.nl.  The Customer Care team of STREIM will do its utmost to resolve your complaint.

STREIM has 14 days to respond to your complaint. If a complaint requires a foreseeable longer processing time, the company will answer within the period of 14 days with a message of receipt and an indication when the consumer can expect a more elaborate answer.

In the unfortunate case that the answer is not satisfactory, you can file a complaint with the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform.
